CATS 4/10

Our team has submitted more rounds of cover tags, mission statement tags and recycle tags. Our design is four panels, the last being left to product info and UPC bar code. We have eight different front logo concepts, six different mission statement tags, and four different recycle tag concepts.

Our next goal is to allocate printing and paper funds, and see of our mock designs can be printed as soon as possible. We will also be creating more tag designs along the way.

Determining the budget.

US Sherpa Meeting with Ongyel

Sherpa Update:

We met with Ongyel and Jasmine March 7th and discussed our first hangtag design.  We got a tour of the US Sherpa office and tried on many different products.  We sat with Ongyel and discussed our tag and brainstormed ways to advance our design.

We covered everything from paper, colors, photos, and fonts, and came up with a plan to simplify our design.  This time was used as a meet and greet/ brainstorm session.  It was the first time that all members of Sherpa CATS and US Sherpa sat down together.  Ongyel and Jasmine were very pleased with our work and gave us suggestions and more direction on where to take future designs.

Going forward, we will be designing more simple, sleek designs than the ones we presented to them. We hope to create a poster board of all designs past and present that we have created to see a timeline of our work.
